The Kivalliq Inuit Association (KIA) is seeking a dedicated and community‑focused Meliadine IIBA Coordinator to help advance Inuit interests and strengthen economic opportunities across the Kivalliq Region. This role is central to ensuring that the Inuit Impact and Benefit Agreement (IIBA) for the Meliadine Mine is implemented in a way that reflects Inuit priorities, supports long‑term regional development, and upholds the rights of Nunavut Agreement beneficiaries.
