The Kivalliq Inuit Association supports affected communities with COVID-19

The Hamlet of Arviat receives an additional $660,000 in food security funding

RANKIN INLET, NU – January 29, 2021 – The Kivalliq Inuit Association (KivIA) has reprofiled support funding from the Indigenous Services fund from the Federal Government and through Nunavut Tunngavik Inc to provide an additional $660,000 to the Hamlet of Arviat.

Sakku Investments Board of Directors – 2 Members – 2 year terms
Nuavut Wildlife Management Board – 1 Member – 4 year term
Nunavut Trust Board of Trustees – 1 Trustee – 3 year term
Nunavut Impact Review Board – 1 member – 3 year term
Inuit Heritage Trust – 1 Trustee – 3 year term
Nunavut Water Board – 1 Member – 3 year term
