The Kivalliq Inuit Association is inviting qualified consultants and consulting firms to submit proposals for the development of a Small Business & Entrepreneur Handbook designed specifically for Inuit entrepreneurs across the Kivalliq Region.

This new handbook will become a core resource for community members interested in starting or growing a business. It will reflect the realities of northern and remote communities, support business literacy, and provide practical, culturally relevant guidance for entrepreneurs at all stages—from early idea development to long‑term business sustainability.

RFP Submission Deadline: May 31, 2026.
