Kivalliq Inuit Association (KIA) is inviting qualified individuals or firms to submit proposals for the role of Chief Returning Officer (CRO) for the 2026 KIA Election, scheduled for December 14, 2026. The CRO is a central leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the election process—ensuring fairness, impartiality, and full compliance with KIA’s Bylaws and Election Policy.

The Kivalliq Inuit Association is inviting qualified consultants and consulting firms to submit proposals for the development of a Small Business & Entrepreneur Handbook designed specifically for Inuit entrepreneurs across the Kivalliq Region.

This new handbook will become a core resource for community members interested in starting or growing a business.
